New Class Programme
We have updated our class programme to ensure its as COVID-19 safe as possible. Classes are now limited to no more than 4 participants and can be booked up to 7 days in advance (subject to you having the required credits – members whose membership includes credits should have these).
We have added some exciting new classes as follows:
1) Shadow Box – a session based on boxercise designed to ensure social distancing can be maintained whilst you enjoy a great boxing based workout.
2) Cardio blast – a fun high intensity zero equipment cardio class
A new booking schedule has also been created for the new 45min hourly gym sessions and these can be booked up to 3 days in advance again subject to you having entry credits (those members who have gym use included in their membership will have these already but PAYG users will need to purchase some from our webshop).
All gym and class attendances MUST be booked in advance an this can be done via our app or website.
