Exercise classes

Something for everyone…

Our class programme will be diverse at launch and grow steadily. Enjoy core stability, strength, cardio, cross training and Yoga/Pilates. We also offer regular classes designed to meet the needs of older people, those with a disability or who live with chronic conditions.

Our classes will operate with group sizes between 10-15 people, ensuring you’ll get lots of support from specialist instructors.
